My program is for you if:

  • You eat large amounts of food, even when ​not hungry.
  • You feel out of control around food, ​especially desserts.
  • You experience negative emotions ​during and after eating.
  • You restrict your caloric intake during the ​week so that you can binge on the weekends.
  • You tell yourself that you will have only one ​bite then end up eating the whole piece or ​bag, and then feel guilty and promise ​yourself that this would be the last time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are program fees refund​able?

I understand that life happens and something might get in the ​way of your commitment. Therefore, program fees are ​refundable prior to the start date. Once the program starts, fees ​are non-refundable.

Do I get a diet/meal plan?

No. This is NOT a weight loss program. In fact, if you wish to ​achieve any progress in “Wise Bites”, it’s advised that you stop ​dieting. (Dieting is most probably the reason you are here in t​he first​ place).

I am not sure what food freedom is, what do I do?
